Privacy & Data Protection

Your expertise is yours.
We just help you deploy it.

SuperMem GrowthOS is built on a simple principle: the people and teams whose data powers growth must remain the owners of that data. Everything on this page exists to make that promise real.

Our principles

You own your data

Every campaign brief, ICP map, message template, creator record, and analytic insight you build inside GrowthOS belongs to you. We are a deployment and operating platform, not a rights acquirer. You can export everything or remove it at any time.

Your data is not training data

We do not use your confidential campaigns, internal documents, or proprietary methodologies to train foundation models. Your data trains your GrowthOS memory — and only your GrowthOS memory.

Privacy-by-design architecture

Sensitive workflows run in isolated tenants with no cross-customer leakage. For enterprise deployments we support TEE (trusted execution environment) isolation and on-premise options for the most regulated industries.

Client confidentiality is absolute

When your team uses GrowthOS to support end clients, we treat that data with the same confidentiality standards you are bound by. We never view, store, or repurpose end-client information beyond what is required to run your program.

Transparent attribution

Every agent action and every operator decision is logged, attributable, and auditable. You can see exactly which input produced which output — and which campaign earned which result.

Right to revoke

You can pause, export, or delete your GrowthOS account and memory at any time. Existing programs receive a graceful wind-down window. We will never hold your growth memory hostage.

Compliance & security

We are building GrowthOS to meet the standards modern teams require — not the minimum standards of a consumer app. Our roadmap includes:

SOC 2 Type II

In progress · audit starting Q3 2026

GDPR compliant

EU data residency available on enterprise plans

End-to-end encryption

TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest

Role-based access control

Granular permissions for teams and operators

Audit logs

Full trail of every action and access event

Zero-data-retention AI

Prompts and responses not stored by model providers
